Registration and Logging In
1. Why can't I create an account?
You can only create an account if you are a staff member one of the following schools in Singapore:
- Government schools (including autonomous schools)
- Government-aided schools (including autonomous schools)
- Independent schools
- Specialised independent schools
- Specialised schools (including Crest Secondary School and Spectra Secondary School)
- MOE-funded SPED schools
Please register for an account with your official work email address. If you are unable to create an account but belong to one of these schools, please contact us for assistance.
2. I received a message saying my email already exists as a login ID when trying to register. What should I do?
This suggests you already have an account. Please try logging in instead of registering again.
3. I am not receiving account activation or password reset emails.
Please check your spam folder or search for emails from noreply@tcef2025.sg. If you continue to experience technical difficulties, please contact us.
4. I have other questions.
