Signing Up for Sessions

To maximise participation opportunities, participants are limited to attending one Learning Journey (LJ). You will automatically be withdrawn from one LJ when you sign up for another.

This applies to Open Classroom (In-person) as well.

The Point of Contact (POC) will email you the administrative details at least three working days before the session. For any other queries, please contact the POC listed on the session page.

The waitlist is activated immediately when a participant withdraws from the session. The first person on the waitlist will have 24 hours to respond to the offer. If they do not respond within this timeframe, the place will be offered to the next person in the queue.

Presenters will email participants any necessary materials before the session.

The chat function becomes available only after both users have accepted the connection request.
